RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE: APPLY ONLINE
STEP-1
Open any browser on your mobile or desktop. Search for RTPS, and open the first link with bihar.gov.in in its URL.


STEP-2
On the left-hand side of your desktop screen, Follow the path:
Apply Online > RTPS Service > General Administration Department > Issuance of Residential Certificate > Block Level
STEP-3
“Application Form for issuance of Residence Certificate from Revenue Officer Level” will open; fill in all the details carefully asked there. Any section having an asterisk (*) is mandatory to be filled. Keep in mind you don’t skip that. After filling out the captcha, hit the Process button.
STEP 4
After processing, a review of your application will be shown. Review it carefully. If any mistake is found, edit it. After that, you won’t be able to edit it; you will have to fill out a fresh new application, so edit it there by clicking on the edit button. If everything is correct, then click on “Attach Annexture.“
STEP-5
In the attached enclosure section, select the document. You want to give your identity verification (Aadhaar card) and the document that you have selected while filling yours. Then click on save annexure.

Then final submit. You will get an acknowledgement slip; if you want to download it, click on the export to PDF button. It will save on your device.

STEP 1
On the RTPS homepage, go to the right-hand side under the Citizen Section and click on Track Application Status.

A new page will open. Enter your Application Reference Number (from your acknowledgement slip), Application Submission Date, and the Captcha. Then click on the Submit button.
You may see an option asking: “Do you want to view/download the documents of your application (if any)?”
Select Yes or No as per your preference and click Submit again.
After that, your application status will be displayed on the screen.
